I don't know much about how the VOIP system works, but I do know that the company Vonage is a pioneer in VOIP technology. I LOVED their funny commercials, especially with the crazy rocket flying off in all directions. As soon as I would hear the theme music playing, I would start laughing so hard, I would almost fall off my seat.
Wonder why Vonage is now in financial trouble. My son has their service and swears by it.
